Port Washington is playing host to the largest number of pre-cival war ships to ever grace our humble port.

Imagine yourself on one of these ships parading proudly through our lovely marina. You'll hear the welcoming cheers and see the cameras flashing as you wave to those on land welcoming the ships!

For a truly memorable sailing experience, tickets are available for the grand Parade of Sail, Thursday, August 14, 2008, departing at approximately 4:00 PM, only. You will sail into the harbor sails and flags waving, with a special escort of escort boats and ships and take part in the opening ceremony of the event. Ships available for this sail-away are: Pride of Baltimore II, Red Witch, Friends Good Will and Appledore IV. All tickets for this very special cruise are $50.00 each for adults and children.
